Information we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit and your consent to receive messages. Brevo stores and processes this information for subscription management and email delivery. Our hosting provider may process routine technical logs, such as request time, browser information and IP address, to deliver and secure the site.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page visits and website performance. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-first and cookie-free, and states that it does not collect or use visitors’ personal data or track individual users across customer websites. The service may process page path, referring site, approximate country, device and browser category, and page-performance measurements.
Why we use it
We use your email to send the welcome message and occasional HardAsset Atlas updates. The legal basis is your consent. Aggregate analytics and technical data help us operate, protect, diagnose and improve the website.
Sharing and retention
Waitlist data is shared with Brevo as our email-service provider. Analytics and technical data may be processed by Cloudflare and the services that host and protect the site. We do not sell the waitlist. We keep subscription information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, subject to limited records needed to honour an opt-out or meet legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe through the link in every marketing email. Depending on where you live, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.
Cookies and affiliate links
Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies. Essential hosting or security technology may still be used to deliver and protect the service. If you click our clearly labelled BullionVault affiliate link, you leave HardAsset Atlas and BullionVault may set a referral cookie subject to the choices and policy shown on its website. The referral lets BullionVault attribute an eligible registration or transaction to HardAsset Atlas.
